Members of Staff of the Joint Tax Board (JTB) have continued to pen their tributes in honour of the late former President, His Excellency, Muhammadu Buhari, GCFR.
The JTB opened a condolence register on Wednesday 16th July 2025 at its Secretariat in Abuja for staff to pay tributes as well as write their condolences to the family of the late former President.
The late former President Buhari, aged 82, died after a brief illness on Sunday 13th July.
His remains were laid to rest on Tuesday 15th July in his hometown, Daura, Katsina State, in line with Muslim burial rites and was witnessed by the President, His Excellency, Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR, the Vice President, His Excellency, Senator Kashim Shettima, GCON, among other top echelon officials of government.
Recall that the federal government declared seven (7) days of mourning on Monday 14th in honour of the late National Leader, Statesman and former President who served the country in different capacities for upwards of 40 years.
